2024 Annual Gem,Mineral and jewelry show
The Gem & Mineral Society of Lynchburg promotes, educates and encourages interest in geology, mineralogy, lapidary arts and related sciences. The society is a member of the American Federation of Mineralogical Societies, Eastern Federation of Mineralogical & Lapidary Societies, Inc., Southeast Federation of Mineralogical Societies, Inc., and Dixie Mineral Council.
Membership Benefits
- Collecting trips / field trips are for club members only
- Monthly meetings with fun activities such as auctions, lapidary workshops, presentations, and general socializing
- Engaging guest speakers
- Learn all about mineral and fossil collecting, lapidary arts and related interests from fellow members
Dues
- 1 adult, 18 years & over $15.00 annually (pay online)
- 2 adults (i.e. spouses/partners) $25 annually (pay online)
